The La Sportiva Women's Helios continues its legacy with the Helios III Women's trail running shoe. The La Sportiva Helios has proven itself at every level as an active shoe. From the worlds best trail runners as an ultralight race shoe, to our Mountain Equipment shop staff as an ultra comfy shop shoe and everything in between. It's the ultimate lightweight "door to trail" shoe. On one hand it has all the performance for the most demanding and technical trails, on the other its soft and snug uppers along with awesome cushioning is great for just day to day get-abouts. 

The Helios III returns to a traditional lacing system. The uppers are seamless and are super light and breathable. They achieve this by a combination of thermo-adhesive materials. Combine this with an injected EVA sole with a Morpho Dynamic wedge for extra cushion and a super grippy sole and you've got one fine trail shoe.
